Time for Geography had worked with Rhian and Rayburn to produce some new resources telling this compelling story, and they are now starting to be available. As part of the course we had a session with Dr. Rhian Meara.

New Icelandic resources from Time for Geography - coming soon

The Time for Geography folks have been spending some time in Iceland and the results of their efforts will appear soon on their website. This was supported by Rayburn Tours, who I work for as a field tutor. It's a new resource on the volcanic island of Heimaey (home island) - part of the Westmann Islands.

One of the sessions that we had as a group of Field Study Tutors was from Dr. Rhian Meara. I spent two days last week at Rayburn Tours' HQ in Derby.
