Landscapes on packaging

I posted a few images on my Twitter feed last week of landscapes which form part of food packaging, leaving off the product and asking whether people could identify the product from the image. I had a few sent back to me in reply, some of which were drinks and other types of products. Do you have some others suggestions? What product does the image above feature on the box for?

The Trinity Atomic Bomb Test, is this where it all started?

The Trinity Site, in the then named the Alamogordo Bombing Range near Socorro, New Mexico, was the location of the first explosion of an atomic weapon. It was based on the implosion of a Plutonium bomb facilitated by a “gadget” that required testing. The test was successful and an Atomic Bomb based on this design (called the Fat Man) was exploded over Nagasaki, Japan on August 9, 1945. www.vanstockum.

New stretch of coastal path in NW Norfolk

There was good news for walkers this week with the opening of a new stretch of a proposed path which will run right around the coast of Britain. This is an area that has been out of bounds for years, as it runs through the Sandringham Estate. I lived in Snettisham for twelve years, and was often frustrated that at Wolferton the path petered out and came well inland away from the coast.
