I downloaded an application called “free graphing symbolic calculator” which actually helped me more in AP Calculus than my actual calculator. I downloaded the “organic chemistry essentials” application to help me with new concepts, such as biomolecules and synthesis strategy. After the AP chemistry test, we started organic chemistry.
It has taken a while to carry out the research that underpins the report. You can download your own copy from here. It can be downloaded from the GA website. This is only possible if, as Roberts (2017) suggests, teachers make connections between students everyday knowledge andschool geography, practise geography in the classroom and in the field, and giveyoung people the space to debate and discuss geography together. Research projects have a bad wrap these days. I certainly remember completing my fair share of boring research projects, but it doesn’t have to be that way…not even close! In fact, my students have been begging me to assign a state or country research project. It is easy to get kids REALLY excited about geography.

Further research and publications will follow. I have downloaded the free eBooks. The suite of seven resources will show Windrush as just one, among many other chapters, of British post-WWII history. The resources include more than 500 pages of materials, and feature stories also of the lived experiences of Windrush passengers.
Free to download and digest. Hot seas and warmer air fueled more destructive storms, including Hurricane Helene and Typhoon Gaemi. Individual attribution studies have shown how these storms have stronger winds and are dropping more rain. There is plenty of insight in this report. But not in a cheery way.
