Authentic leadership is being honest and vulnerable about where you are to help others get to where they need and want to be to succeed. A standout example of this is Quest Academy JuniorHigh School in Utah. Our entire school culture is based on always reaching for better. Why are our practices effective or not?
The above paragraph sets Quest JuniorHigh School apart from many other, if not all, schools across the country and the world. It starts at the top with leadership. This is yet another testament to the culture of learning that has been established.
