And so it begins… I am on sabbatical in Spring 2023, unpacking deeper learning in elementary and middleschools. Two years ago I had the incredible opportunity to work with the entire leadership team of District 59 in Arlington Heights, Illinois for SEVEN days. They emphasize the “4 Cs” of creativity, communication, collaboration, and criticalthinking, and are distinguished by the extent to which they are driven by student interest, engagement, and design.
