To activate their interest, I spent the first class period showing the Freedom Archives’ COINTELPRO 101 documentary. Hope Koumentakos High School Social Studies Teacher, Takoma Park, Maryland I currently teach U.S. History I and II to 10th and 11th graders, respectively.
