Teachers can share any entry, or collection of entries, from Bunk with students, who can also explore the evolving archives for themselves. With Bunk teachers can know they are aware of current work on historical subjects and can share that with their students in efficient and engaging ways.

To activate their interest, I spent the first class period showing the Freedom Archives’ COINTELPRO 101 documentary. They were tasked with coming up with a way to both uncover the hidden histories of a particular place, while also creating a site of remembering that honours true history, and invites learning and community.
