Poor schools are told not to wander too far from the standards, there’s little time for student questions and critical thinking. 2020 = 125,000; 2040 = 185,000+. 2020 = 75,000; 2040 = 110,000+. 2020 = 11,000; 2040 = 13,000. In New York City, it’s very prescriptive. Asian / Pacific Islander population.
