NCHE is currently accepting Notices of Intent to apply for funding, and anticipates granting all funds by May 2025, for projects that will end no later than May 2026. NCHE cannot wait to begin partnerships within the states of the Great Plains region!

Additionally, the Department of Education announced that state agencies, school districts, and other sub-recipients of ESSER III funding can request an extension to use or liquidate funds until March 2026.
