The National Endowment for the Humanities is sponsoring “American Reconstruction: The Untold Story,” a summer institute for teachers in grades K-12 in July 2018, at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. The program was also offered in 2016 and 2017. Twenty-five teachers will be selected to attend.
