Bloomberg for president?

That news is interesting for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is the fact that, in a conversation Bloomberg had with New York Magazine in 2013, he categorically ruled-out running for president in 2016. The New York Times reported this morning, though, that Bloomberg is exploring plans to run for president as an independent.
